Got the Honda Trail 125 for about MSRP + doc fees. Best price I've found. Thomas was very patient, personable, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I originally came in for the Navi but he suggested the Trail. I found out it actually better matched my needs and he wasn't try to upsell me sheerly on price. He was never pushy on his suggestions but listened and helped me figure out what I was looking for

I brought my Surron Ultra Bee here because it was showing an error code. We were told they would diagnose the issue by reading the code and that it would take about an hour, with labor billed at $80 per hour. Instead, it took two full days to get an answer. We aren't from the area, so because of the delay we had to stay an extra night, paying for another hotel stay and additional expenses while we waited. During those two days, communication was extremely poor. We called multiple times and stopped by the shop twice, but we could never get a clear update. Each time we were there, they were just driving the bike around. After two days, we were told the battery simply needed to be charged for the error code to clear. Which we could have done had given the answer. Instead We were then charged $200 for what ended up being a battery charge and no real explanation of what had been done. The lack of communication, inaccurate time estimate, and unexpected cost made this a very frustrating experience. I can't recommend this shop based on how we were treated.

Edited after response. Staff interaction was among the best I’ve had across 10+ dealerships—professional, helpful, and easy to work with. I would have preferred to buy here. They felt trustworthy and low pressure, which is rare, especially after having had bikes that had to get worked on at Summit Motorsports which I was a nightmare. My only issue was pricing. I understand the bike I looked at was a DCT and had accessories installed, but from a buyer’s perspective it was still a 2-year-old model-year bike. Once a bike is a couple model years old, resale/value changes the second I ride it out the door, especially on the accessories, which anyone knows, they're worth 1/2-1/3 pretty quick. If you look online, that bike is worth thousands less the second it's labeled used which was my point. I also wasn’t comparing only used bikes. Cycle Trader had both new and used listings, and I found comparable new models at lower out-the-door prices elsewhere. I also found similarly outfittwd lightly used 2024s with very low miles for about $2,000-5,000 less during the month or so I shopped around, and at that point many buyers don’t put much value a one year warranty given the numbers above. Drew was extremely helpful and honest. Made a new experience purchasing equipment/gear for my son and I a great one. Didn’t try to “upsell” and just recommend the most expensive product but took the time to walk through the various gear and brands with me. Also took the time to ensure proper sizing and comfort. Was patient/kind and made my family and I lifelong customers!

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Yellowstone Motorsports! Justin went above and beyond to help me get into my brand-new 2026 Arctic Cat snowmobile, and the whole process was smooth, professional, and genuinely exciting from start to finish. Justin’s knowledge of the machines is next level — he answered every question with confidence, made sure I got the perfect setup for my riding style, and treated me like more than just another customer. You can tell he’s passionate about what he does and really cares about getting people out on the snow with the right sled. The dealership itself is clean, friendly, and full of great energy. I felt like part of the Yellowstone Motorsports family. If you’re thinking about picking up a new Arctic Cat or anything else with power and attitude — go see Justin. He’ll make it happen. Thanks again to the whole team for the awesome service — can’t wait to hit the trails this winter on my new sled! 🏔❄️💨
